Trivector Scientific International, pioneer company providing services to In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) Clinics across India, launched first-of-its-kind academy called Trivector Embryo Support Academy (TESA). TESA will provide hands-on training to embryologists and all supporting staff in IVF clinic across India. It aims to offer new career opportunities to the science graduates. Along with this TESA will also provide online and off-line support to the IVF Clinics. One of its major activities will be auditing of the IVF Clinics ensuring maintenance of quality standards. The TESA team is promoted by Mr. Dilip Patil and Mrs. Sangeeta Patil, Directors of Trivector Scientific International. As the first activity of TESA, Mr. Dilip Patil has invited Dr. Lars Johansson, Chief Consulting Embryologist for ORGIO (formerly known as MediCult), Denmark, and an authority in the field of Embryology, to Ahemdabad to give a hands-on training on Vitrification to IVF Specialists.
‘Infertility Management as a sector is booming in the World and with the talent available in India, I believe it shouldn’t stay behind. What you need is professionally trained Embryologists and equally good quality of supporting staff. As an Advisory Board Member of TESA, I have come to India to give a hands-on training on a technique called Vitrification to the Embryologists. As an extension to the activity, I will be conducting a one-day workshop for Embryologists in Ahemdabad. There is a lot of talent in India and an initiative like this will channelize this energy to developing a better future for the sector’, said Dr. Lars Johansson.
On the occasion, Mr. Dilip Patil said, ‘TESA is launched with an objective of bringing quality standards of infertility clinics at par with the international standards. Also, this will give new career opportunity for science graduates who have limited options otherwise as compared to other streams. I have been in this field for more than a decade now and after understanding the needs and gaps faced by the IVF clinics, we have designed the activities under TESA to meet the demands’.
The TESA team, promoted by Mr. Dilip Patil and Mrs. Sangeeta Patil, is headed by Embryologist Dr. Rajvi Mehta, and has an International Advisory Board of five Consultants. The Advisory Board members are Dr. Hans Ingolf Nielsen (Denmark), Dr. Lars Johansson (Sweden), Dr. Yona Barrack (Israel), Dr. Jaffar Ali (Australia) and Dr. E Balaji Prasad (Singapore).
