Fujitsu Limited announced today that it plans to hire 540 university graduates in April 2011.

Fujitsu will recruit a diverse group of university graduates to sustain the growth of its IT products, solutions and services businesses.

Various positions will be available for new graduates, including in the research & development (R&D), system engineering (SE), sales, administrative and other divisions throughout the company.

Global learning solutions leader, Tata Interactive Systems, announces the rollout of an innovative game-based orientation program for telecom major, MTS, designed to make a positive first impression on its employees.

Tata Interactive Systems’ (TIS) game-based orientation was recently incorporated by MTS as part of their new-hire induction programs. Originally, MTS conducted the orientation as instructor-led, classroom trainings. The program also required the new-hires and senior management to travel to training venues, thereby increasing the time taken off for training.
