Bank of India has announced the recruitment for 1083 Probationary Officers and the application process is expected to start from November 11th 2009.Earlier,the bank conducted written examinations for recruitment of 1750 clerical positions during the month of September 09 & now it invites applications for recruitment of 1083 posts of General Banking Officers in Scale- I, II & III.

The recruitment for General Banking Officers in Bank of India (Probationary Officers) is for Scale-I,II & III cadres as well.The applications have to be submitted online through the bank`s website (www.bankofindia.com) from November 11th 2009 to November 30th, with the written examination tentatively fixed on January 24th 2010.The number of vacancies for Scale – I officers is the highest with 460 posts & candidates with a degree from any recognized university & minimum of 60% marks are eligible to apply.The bank also prefers candidates with working knowledge in computers for all the positions.
